Hello! My name is Allyssa Yohana.

I’m an author/illustrator/cartoonist and sometimes photographer based in Brooklyn, NY. I mostly work in storytelling for children and young adults.

My work is centered around the ordinary-surreal. This usually manifests as drawings of smartly dressed animals, or how far I can push a range of expressions with just three dots and a line.


My debut picture book is forthcoming with Random House Studio in 2027.
